- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the company brand.
- Review and understand website coding to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies for LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, including videos, articles, and graphics, to attract and retain followers.
- Monitor social media analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility in search engine results.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
- Utilize SEM techniques, such as paid advertising, to drive targeted traffic to the website.
- Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and product descriptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website and social media performance.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and their effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies based on data analysis.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in Marketing field
- Experience in content creation and website CMS platform (e.g Wordpress)
- Proficiency with visual content tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
- Business level communication skills in English (Direct report to overseas HQ)
- Able to work independently
