- Assist in the administration of employee welfare and benefits programs.
- Conduct data analysis and perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
- Prepare and submit summary reports on all areas of responsibility.
- Complete all assignments and tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 years working experience in human resources field
- Good communication skill
