Regional Sales Manager

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the highway construction, industrial, and agricultural sectors.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2 sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor individual and team progress, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious sales targets within the designated region.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers in the assigned region.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Proactively address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the heavy machinery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
