Senior Accountant (English Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review accounts payable (Domestic Providers, Overseas Providers, and Admin), ensuring payments are made and transactions are recorded in the General Ledger using NAVISION.
- Oversee and review accounts receivable (Debit Notes, Invoices, and Credit Notes), including wire transfers from the Lead Alarm Center, and post transactions to the General Ledger in NAVISION.
- Handle and review adjustment transactions, ensuring they are accurately posted to the General Ledger in NAVISION.
- Manage fixed asset transactions and maintain the fixed asset register in NAVISION.
- Prepare estimated pre-payments for the Lead Alarm Center.
- Prepare bank reconciliation reports for review by the Finance Manager.
- Prepare withholding tax reconciliations (PND3 and PND53) for submission to the Finance Manager for review.
- Prepare and reconcile the VAT report (PP30) for the Finance Manager’s review.
- Complete monthly account reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing for month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment is maintained.
- Adhere to company rules, policies, and regulations.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant work experience demonstrating the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance officer role.
- Strong numerical aptitude, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate the impact of workload and issues on team deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer skills.
- Capable of working independently and efficiently managing tasks.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
