Job description:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that promote growth, align with company goals, and create a culture of excellence.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and teamwork that supports the company’s vision for sustainability and technology.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure the company’s long-term success.
Talent Management
- Create and manage effective recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify patterns and offer insights to improve employee retention.
Compliance:
- Regularly update and enforce HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions to ensure they meet legal and organizational standards.
- Stay ahead of labor law and safety regulation requirements to minimize risks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Lead efforts to benchmark compensation and conduct job evaluations to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Oversee the development and delivery of employee benefits programs tailored to meet the needs of the workforce and industry trends.
Employee Relations and Performance
- Promote a positive work environment through strong employee relations policies and initiatives.
- Guide performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and employee development programs to improve effectiveness.
Organizational Development and Change Management
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and coordinating employee training programs.
- Improve workforce structure to enhance efficiency and adaptability, supporting change within the organization.
