- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across air, sea, land freight, and customs clearance services.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with importers, exporters, and logistics service providers.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and customized service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals that meet client-specific needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to foster satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Provide post-sales support and facilitate seamless coordination with the operations team to meet customer expectations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Monitor, report, and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
- In-depth understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience working with rubber wood is an advantage.
