Job descriptions:
- Develop comprehensive training materials and programs for crane operators and maintenance personnel.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
- Male / Female
- Age 23-30
- Graduated Engineering type GPA 3.00+-
- Experience Only Training engineer field all industry 1-3 years up.
- Plan & Implement all function of engineer training.
- Self - Create & Manage Curriculums , Budget , Evaluate and Report.
- Expert in Communication Presentation & Public speaking.
- Expert in Lecturing (Must be great).
- Experience in Crane business is advantage.
- Can work on site. (2 Branches Chonburi , Rayong)
