Responsibilities
Job Description
- Monitor and manage bank statements to prepare payments detail to Issue Receipt, Tax Invoice and other related.
- Reconcile customer accounts and connect with concern parties to resolve discrepancies promptly(debit/credit note).
- Verify and record incoming payments from customers and ensure correct allocation of payments to respective accounts in SAP system.
- Monthly Billing
- Follow up the customers outstanding on overdue payments and provide necessary account clarifications.
- Reconcile Custom Duty on Monthly Basis


Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting Banking/Finance or comparable.
- 0-3 years in Account Receivables role or similar.
- Experience from Logistic / Freight Forwarding industry will be considered an advantage.
- Able to use English in Business such as Email Communication
- SAP and Microsoft Excel skills are advantage
- New graduate is welcome.
- Must be able to work on site at Pattanakarn Road

Working Hours : Monday - Friday 8.30AM - 17.30PM (Request to work on Saturday once a month)
