Responsibilities

Job Description


 - Taking care of customer for any inquiries such as collection, delivery scheduling, customs regulation to meet customer expectations.
 - Coordinate with overall outstanding with oversea to ensure the parcel will be delivered within committed transit time.
 - Monitoring case in GCS, Live chat, and Service Desk.
 - Solving the problem shipment during in transit such as clearance and delivery problems.
 - Escalating to related sections to improve the service quality.
 - Handling the return and claim processes, ensuring they are executed smoothly and in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Qualifications


 - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-30 years old

 - Bachelor’s degree 
 - At least 1-2 years’ experience in shipping, customer service on freight forwarder business or shipping 
 - Sea or Air import and export experiences.
 - Good command of English for documentary and email
 - Have computer skill, well-organized on multiple tasks, hardworking and patience
 - Have serviced mind, solutions person, and able to work under pressure.
 - Good Attitude, positive interpersonal skill, well-organized and able to work as teamwork.
