- บันทึกบัญชีลูกหนี้ของลูกค้าและป้อนข้อมูลในระบบ (ระบบExpress)
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ / ใบลดหนี้ / ใบลดหนี้ และเอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- จัดทำเอกสารสำหรับการเรียกเก็บเงินและติดตามข้อมูลการเรียกเก็บเช็ค
- ติดตามและตรวจสอบข้อมูลบัญชีลูกหนี้ให้ตรงกับใบแจ้งยอดการโอนเงินของลูกค้า
- สรุปยอดขายรายเดือนและรายงานใบสั่งซื้อ
- รายงานสรุปภาษีขายมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) ของสินค้าและบริการ
- จัดทำค่า "Commission" และค่า "Intensive" สำหรับพนักงาน
- งานบริหารทั่วไปและงานหรือรายงานอื่นๆ ที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย
- Must be in Thai National
- Bachelor degree - Account
- Must have at least minimum 1 year working experience.
- Adle to computer literate (MS Office)
- Must be Highly Motivated and Independent
- Good command of spoken/ written English
- Preferred age between 25-35 years old
