- Communicate effectively with the team and clients to maintain existing relationships assisting in the creation and development of new client relationships.
- Assisting with sales and administrative tasks such as answering the phone, making vendor calls, maintaining calendars, papers, etc.
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales goals.
- Inputting orders, ensuring that they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Preparing monthly sales analysis as instructed by the Management
- Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.
- Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating, information in order to increase productivity of sales
- Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization
- Coordinating and responding to any internal meeting requests.
- Create proposals and contracts that accurately reflect the services requested.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
This includes: word processing, creative writing, costing and research
- Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask
- Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good liaison with all other department members
- Able to work in team and willing to put up to team
- Able to work independently
- Pays attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated
- Thai nationality, Female/Male , age not over 35.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Beginner level PowerPoint skills and intermediate level Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Administration, purchasing ,logistic, sales support or marketing
- Excellent English is a MUST both written and spoken
