Sales Engineer

- Achieve quarterly sales targets and review sales performance, providing strategic feedback and implementing solutions to drive improvement.
- Understand customer requirements, showcase solutions and technologies to end-users, and successfully secure large, complex deals.
- Develop and execute account strategies, coordinating selling efforts to ensure a smooth and effective sales process.
- Oversee multiple customer opportunities concurrently, maintaining attention to detail and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts, establishing a consistent cadence for operational reporting to management.
- Foster high levels of customer satisfaction, turning clients into referenceable accounts and long-term partners.
- Experience managing high-value sales and engaging with enterprise-level customers.
- Recent experience overseeing a diverse pipeline across various industries and customer segments.
- At least 2 years of B2B and/or channel sales experience in a revenue-closing role, with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Technical sales background in hardware, software, or engineering-related technology (minimum 3 years of CAD/CAE/CAM/PDM sales experience preferred).
- Prior experience in technology sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple emails, phone calls, and social media inquiries.
- A positive, can-do attitude, essential for success in the CAD-IT sales team.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
