- Lead and oversee technician teams to ensure the successful execution of the maintenance work plan.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff in electrical and automation tasks.
- Enhance the performance of utility systems and manufacturing equipment.
- Supervise the setup, repair, and installation tasks according to planned schedules and engineering standards.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in PLC Mitsubishi systems and electrical operations.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to facilitate seamless maintenance operations.
- Age: 36-43 years old
- Gender: Male
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in maintenance roles
- Skills: Proven leadership, problem-solving skills in automation and electrical systems, proficiency in electrical design and drawing
