- Develop and execute the business development strategy for TX Group to support the achievement of corporate goals and strategic objectives.
- Integrate TX Group BU Strategy with Portfolio Development, ensuring alignment with corporate direction and cascading targets.
- Serve as the Investment Project Management Office (PMO) for the group, collaborating with the business development team.
- Monitor regional performance and commercial optimization within TX Group, focusing on both BAU (Business As Usual) and growth initiatives.
- Manage and facilitate strategic meetings (both internal and external), ensuring alignment and progress on key initiatives.
- Track the progress of improvement initiatives and report on their outcomes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication across all parties involved.
- Support the development and execution of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during process changes.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their business process needs and challenges.
- Act as a liaison between business units and the business excellence team, ensuring alignment on improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and make sense of complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Science, Economics, or related fields. An MBA is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or a similar role.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 and TOEIC score of 550
