Compensation Manager (Based in Sriracha)
Mind Edge Recruitment Co., Ltd.- Manage payroll data for monthly and yearly processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments through collaboration with employees, supervisors, and line managers.
- Support and prepare annual compensation and benefits surveys for internal and external benchmarking.
- Review and update compensation and benefits schemes to ensure competitive offerings.
- Provide remuneration proposals for new hires and promotions by evaluating roles for equity and competitiveness.
- Regularly review and implement company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Advise employees, supervisors, and managers on compensation and benefits to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee data in HRIS/HRMS, in compliance with company policies and Thai labor laws.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7-9+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing professional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS and relevant software.
- Good written and spoken English; able to effectively communicate with regional teams.
