HR Executive (Based in Amata Nakhon Industrial Estate)
Mind Edge Recruitment Co., Ltd.- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for assigned job vacancies, ensuring alignment with Company’s policies and standards. Follow structured hiring procedures to select the best candidates for each position.
- Provide expert advice on candidates’ strengths and weaknesses based on observations and psychological/behavioral analysis tools, supporting hiring managers in selecting the most suitable candidates.
- Manage employee disciplinary actions in compliance with applicable labor laws and company regulations.
- Conduct pre-induction sessions and arrange orientation programs to provide new employees with essential company information, supporting their smooth integration.
- Coordinate and support Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) training sessions. Ensure training activities comply with HSEQ requirements.
- Organize and facilitate online and in-person training programs, ensuring they meet competency development needs.
- Monitor and manage the probation period for new employees. Follow up with line managers to evaluate performance, provide support, and ensure adherence to labor law requirements.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and training reports to government authorities within specified timelines.
- Organize employee activities according to the company’s annual plan.
- Report directly to the HR & Central Admin Manager.
- Support HR and Admin Division activities and events to achieve department targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, HRD, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations (ER), Recruitment, and Training.
- Proficiency with Competency-Based Interview Techniques.
- Experience in conducting disciplinary actions and managing employee activities within a multinational company environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, proactivity, analytical thinking, service-mindedness, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and teamwork capabilities.
