- Ensuring smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals
- Coordinate with central planning and logistics to optimize resource allocation and shipments.
- Monitoring and maintaining the desired lead time to ensure full capacity utilization
- Capacity planning and allocation based on machine capacity and production capabilities to ensure efficiency
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Inventory Management : control inventory levels for finished goods (FG) and raw materials to ensure production continuity
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant field
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Production Control or Master Scheduling experience
- Background in chemical industry is preferable
- Strong in production planning, analytical skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- MRP/ERP literacy and competency with MS Excel
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Good command of English for communication skills
