Responsible for managing sales and overseeing the execution of special design projects, focusing on trade show booths. Collaborate with clients to create customized booth designs that meet their branding and marketing objectives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Sales and Client Engagement:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the trade show and exhibition market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote the company’s services.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with client requirements and budget.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with design teams to create custom booth designs.
- Oversee the production and installation of booths, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, resolving any issues that arise during implementation.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams, including designers and operations, to ensure project success.
- Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and post-project reports for clients and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, business, or related fields.
- 5-6 years of experience in trade show or exhibition sales and project management.
- Strong skills in client negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of exhibition booth design and production processes.
- Proficient in English and computer software (e.g., PowerPoint, Photoshop).
