- Perform both Business Analyst (BA) and System Analyst (SA) roles for application development projects.
- Gather basic requirements, conduct interview workshops, and review requirements, test documents, incident analysis, issue management, and escalation.
- Provide basic business support and consult solutions for architecture, UI/UX, API, backend, and database.
- Assist in testing processes to verify program quality and ensure accurate delivery to customers.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with clients and vendors.
- Manage vendor quality and delivery.
- Gender: Male or Female
- Age: 25 - 35 years old
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-5 yearsMust have:
- Application development experience as an SA and Developer (minimum 1 year).
- Application design and development skills.
Preferred (Better to have):- Experience in application development with teams, clients, and vendor communication.
- Business Analysis (BA) experience in application development.
- Mobile application development experience (iOS, Android).
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Team and vendor management skills.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
- Knowledge of cloud and modern architectures.
- Basic understanding of SQL and data structures for data checking.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Figma, etc.).
