- Responsible for issue and manage of the sales operations such as transactions, documentations, sales files, sales orders, sales weekly & monthly reports, prepare company document for support customer, prepare purchase request, collect of customer and vendor, other assignments in sales administration area.
- Coordinate and support with sales team.
- Following up ongoing orders and upcoming shipments as delivery plan.
- Contact to suppliers and customers about shipment, unforeseen delays or problems and responding to customer issues and solve problem.
- Handling on Import and export documents.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Female applicants only, aged 20-35 years.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, import-export, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle operations efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
