- Develop programs according to provided specifications, identify areas for improvement, and modify existing programs to meet business requirements.
- Assist in program testing and the User Acceptance Test (UAT) process.
- Coordinate with users and supervisors for documentation and training.
- Follow up and resolve submitted HD tickets until completion.
- Assist and coach programmers and co-workers in improving coding techniques.
- Update technical programming knowledge and share insights with team members.
- Apply new programming tools and techniques to align with KWETH business requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages and open-source applications.
- Strong understanding of database usage for programming.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Basic knowledge of core logistics business operations.
- Technical Skills:
- VB.Net, C#.Net
- RPA development (optional)
- Mobile programming (optional)
- SQL
- Database design (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- UI Path
- Power BI, Power Automate
- AI Learning
- Staff training and development
