- Communicate with overseas travel agencies and tour operators in the European market
- Prepare itineraries and quotations tailored for European travelers
- Send reservation requests to hotels and land service providers in Thailand
- Follow up on sent programs to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure all relevant data is uploaded into the reservation system
- Coordinate with the operations department for booking land services
- Follow up on payments with overseas B2B partners
- Handle general administrative tasks related to European inbound tourism
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments and offices
- Develop a strong understanding of online business and bookings through the company's online platform
- Fluent command of English, both verbal and written
- 2-3 years of experience in a travel & tourism company
- Specific destination knowledge in Thailand and/or Southeast Asia
- Experience with FIT and GIT/series bookings is an advantage
- Experience with LEMAX software is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work flexible hours during peak season
- A "Can Do" attitude and positive thinking, including creative problem-solving, is an asset
- Open to Thai nationals only
- 5-day work week
