Sales Executive - Recruitment Agency (Based in Kaset-Nawamin)

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce recruitment services and open new contracts.
- Maintain engagement with potential clients until the recruitment agreement is signed.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract acquisition to recruitment execution.
- Represent the company professionally in all business development efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B sales, recruitment sales, or a similar industry.
- Strong interest in the recruitment and HR industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in acquiring new clients.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written) is a plus.
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
