- Manage and maintain regular businesses as Sales PIC (Person in Charge) for sugar (domestic), molasses, and tea, including supplier and customer relationship management
- Identify and explore opportunities to expand current businesses and sugar-related products through market research and new customer/supplier development
- Supervise and coordinate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth business operations and provide support in sales-related tasks
- Serve as a backup for the Sales Coordinator when necessary
- Handle internal processes and collaborate with relevant departments to support both business and non-business matters
