- Manage IT service quality and oversee IT-related projects in Thailand, ensuring efficient operations.
- Coordinate with local and global IT teams to align with global and regional IT strategies.
- Utilize digital solutions to enhance business models and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and execute IT projects for the company and its affiliates.
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to propose relevant solutions.
- Develop detailed project proposals, including cost and timelines, for management approval.
- Lead and manage approved IT projects, coordinating with contractors for successful implementation.
- Monitor and improve IT service quality, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Provide training and support for new technology implementations, troubleshooting issues, and recommending system enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in system engineering, IT project management, or IT consulting.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including business users, senior management, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Expertise in IT process mapping, optimization, and presentation of business solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows systems, Active Directory, Server Management, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, ERP systems, video conferencing, and telecommunication.
- Experience with network infrastructure, cloud solutions, and IT security best practices.
- Relevant IT certifications in cybersecurity, governance, or project management (PMBOK preferred).
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with global teams, and coordinate IT initiatives without direct supervision.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by projects.
