• Brand Strategy Development : Develop and implement brand strategies to establish and strengthen the brand’s market presence in Thailand. This includes positioning, market segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Product Management : Managing inventory turnover levels to ensure optimal stock availability and pricing strategies to align with market trends and consumer demands.
• Marketing Campaigns : Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to make data-driven decisions to optimize the brand and sales strategy.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth, focusing on expanding market share and meeting sales targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and performance.
• Brand Communication and PR : Oversee brand communication strategies, including PR activities, to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the brand’s identity.
• Budget Management : Manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing and sales activities.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor the performance of brand initiatives and sales campaigns, analyze KPIs, and prepare report progress and suggest improvement.
• Customer Engagement : Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, including managing customer feedback and implementing improvement measures.
• Partnership Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, the brand owner and department stores.
Job Specification
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management.
• Proven experience in brand management and sales, preferably in the luxury goods
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market data, sales trends, and customer insights to drive brand strategies and decisions.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing strategy development, including digital marketing, social media.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
