Responsibilities

1. รับผิดชอบงานในส่วนของ CEVA, ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและแผนก CS ที่สำนักงานใหญ่ ฟุคุยะมะ ที่อาคาร UM Tower (Be responsible as CS officer at CEVA office (to co-operate with customer and CS at Fukuyama office)

2. ติดตามงาน POD จากแผนก operations (Follow up POD from Operations team)

3. สแกนงาน POD เข้า share drive (Scan POD to share drive)

4. จัดส่งเอกสาร POD ฉบับจริงไปยัง Fukuyama Malaysia ทางไปรษณีย์หรือฝากทางพนักงานขับรถ (Send original POD to Fukuyama MY by courier or pass to truck drivers)

5. รับผิดชอบงานของลูกค้าหลักของ CEVA (Michelin, Celestica, Eternal, First Material, CCL) (ขาเข้า) เข้าประจำที่ออฟฟิศลูกค้าสัปดาห์ละ 1 วัน ทุกวันศุกร์ (Responsible for key accounts supports of CEVA (Michelin, Celestica, Eternal, First Material, CCL) (import) and to be located at CEVA office every Friday)

6. รับผิดชอบงานของลูกค้ารายอื่น ที่นอกเหนือจาก CEVA และเข้าประจำที่ออฟฟิศ Fukuyama ที่ UM Tower

วันจันทร์ – วันพฤหัสบดี (besides CEVA, also responsible for other customers and to be in UM Tower from Monday – Thursday)

7. งานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (Other assignments by HOD)

Requirements

- เพศหญิง-ชาย อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี (Male-Female age < 30 years)

- ประสบการณ์ด้าน logistics/freight forwarding ( Experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding field)

- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี (Bachelor’s degree / University graduated in relevant field)

- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ขยัน อดทน เรียนรู้งานเร็ว และรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ (accurate, diligent, patient, fast learner and high responsibility for the job)

- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี (Good interpersonal skills)

- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับปานกลางถึงดี (fair to good command of spoken and written English)

- ทัศนคติเชิงบวก (positive thinking/attitude)

- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (working effectively with others/ good teamwork)
