Job Summary:
Lead HR functions, focusing on organizational development, employee relations, and personnel growth in
the Phunpin Plant (Surat Thani)
Job Description/Scope:
1. Oversee all personnel management processes, such as recruitment, training, compensation, evaluation, and personnel development.
2. Analyze employee skill development needs and design personnel development projects.
3. Analyze and design projects to promote good relationships between employees and management.
4. Support the development and creation of a good organizational culture.
5. Oversee operations to comply with labor laws and company regulations.
6. Oversee safety, occupational health, and work environment in collaboration with relevant departments.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strategic thinking with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
