- Designing, developing, as well as supporting the resolution of issues related to IT systems supporting, debt collection and supporting technological operations.
- Developing data collection and reporting processes related to debt management.
- Analyzing data and designing various visualization formats for displaying analysis results.
- Learning new technologies for implementation to improve work efficiency and reduce operational processes.
- Calculating and disbursing compensation for debt collection works according to various commission schemes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Business Computer), Computer Science or a related fields with GPAX 2.70.
- Experienced in software development processes, databases, and basic IT infrastructure.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop clear, actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in using SQL, Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English (TOEIC Score 550)
