- Draft and review all agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
- Organize, implement, and supervise the implementation of the company's legal system, as well as the company's legal training.
- Update business-related laws and regulations.
- Support superior to Improve the legal business risk control system and provide compliance advice and suggestions.
- Work closely with other departments on collection, litigation, and government relations agencies.
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to business.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law
- At least 5 years of work experience in legal.
- 2 years of work experience in Logistics industry is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Language expression ability, strong writing ability, and the ability to quickly draft all kinds of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Work attitude is rigorous, meticulous, serious, with a strong sense of responsibility, and a good spirit of teamwork.
