- Design and execute an internal communication plan and activities that drives employee engagement and helps build a vibrant culture of Flash
- Increase staff understanding of our organizational direction and priorities for our people
- Maximize digital tools and virtual events to engage staff across the decentralized organization
- Drive culture and positive energy: take ownership of helping to enhance company culture and making employees feel appreciated and celebrated
- Change management: work cross-functionally across multiple teams
- Internal messaging: Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications
- Internal communications consultancy services
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Education, Psychology, Human resource, Communications or related field
- At least 6-8 years of professional experience with an emphasis on communications, culture & employee engagement within a multinational environment
- Solid experience with digital communications tools to drive engagement
- Demonstrated experience in developing content and campaigns
- Strong messaging communications experience
- Organized and creative
- Bilingual (TH & EN, or TH & CN) is required
- 5-day work week
