Flash Express Co., Ltd.• Plan and implement projects to promote Employee Engagement. Design and organize various activities such as parties, team building activities to build good relationships among employees.
• Develop internal awareness and communication programs and act as a communicator by communicating important information and news to employees.
• Create and maintain organizational culture. The positive organizational culture building department promotes teamwork and encourages employees to grow. Communicate the organization's vision and values to employees and be a good role model in practicing the organization's values.
• Resolve problems and conflicts related to initial labor disputes by listening to and resolving problems that employees encounter, handling conflicts between employees, and providing advice and support to employees.
• Analyze data and evaluate results by analyzing data on employee satisfaction and evaluating various projects and measuring the results.
• Work with various departments, including HR and Business Units, to collaborate in planning and implementing various projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
- At least 3 years of work experience in employee relations or human resource management
- Computer skills in Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- The ability to communicate and coordinate well within the team and outside the team.
