- Responsible for KYC and KYM tasks related to customers, assisting merchants in accessing the network.
- Manage customers at different levels and collaborate with legal and finance teams to prepare relevant reports.
- Support operational issue resolution, promote the use of operational tools, and assist in improving the quality and efficiency of operations.
- Work with supervisors to establish comprehensive operational SOPs, support the team in handling customer onboarding issues and payment anomalies.
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป รับทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน KYC/KYB ในอุตสาหกรรมการเงินอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์อุตสาหกรรมที่ดี คุ้นเคยกับนโยบายการกำกับดูแลของ BOT
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จัดทำข้อมูลเชิงลึก และกำหนดกลยุทธ์ได้อย่างอิสระ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานข้ามทีมที่ดี มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในเชิงธุรกิจ Good command of English
