Role of function
To be responsible for mobile system site solution, implementation, installation and integration of mobile base station (BTS/Node B).

Responsibility
• Supervise the installation of 4G/5G Base station of major telecom vendors such as Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE or Nokia
• Commissioning of 4G/5G Base station
• Node B Integration
• Perform acceptance test with customer
• Supervise and manage subcontractors for all installation work
• Work closely with RF engineer to deliver most effective site solution and radio performance
• 0-10 years working experience for 3G/4G/5G network
• A broad understanding of GSM/HSPA/LTE telecommunications network
• Knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE base station system including telecom equipment, power system, transmission and passive equipment
• Experience on IBC installation for both Telecom and antenna parts
• Familiar with at least one of the mobile system vendors; Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE or Nokia
• Knowledge of radio planning/optimization theories, techniques and methodologies are advantages
• Ability to travel and work in up-country if required
• Ability to work night time if required
• Hold driving license
