• Plan, oversee, and improve the production process of plastic bags to enhance efficiency.
• Manage engineering teams and staff within the engineering department.
• Resolve technical issues occurring in the production line.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery in the factory.
• Analyze data and improve production processes to meet standards.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Have experience in the plastic or packaging manufacturing industry.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in CAD, PLC, or relevant software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or ISO standards is a plus.
