Sales Coordinator (Freight forwarder)
Amazing Logistics and Supply Chain Co., Ltd.- Cooperate between sales and customer service for both export and import.
- Offer standard Tariff rate to customers and do all needful to meet customers' requirements and inform the salesperson.
- Follow up booking both existing and lost ones.
- Create a quotation according to the final rate confirmed by the salesperson and issue shipping instructions to relative parties for further process.
- Quote rates to all overseas agents for export shipment.
- Keep the filing rate in the center file.
- Do other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- at least 2 years experience in Freight forwarder, logistics, or related field.
- Have knowledge of processing and documentation of export/import.
- Have knowledge of Incoterm.
- Good command of English.
- Service mind, Proactive, Interpersonal skills.
- able to work under pressure.
