Solution Engineer (Cyber Security)
I Two Enterprise Public Company Limited- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and present cybersecurity solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop technical proposals, system architectures, and custom configurations to support the sales process.
- Understand client infrastructure and business processes to design and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Partner with customers to ensure seamless integration of our products with their existing systems.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) deployments, providing technical guidance during the evaluation phase.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Work closely with customer IT and security teams to answer technical questions, provide insights, and address concerns throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the product management teams to deliver the work in accordance with the scope.
- Assist in post-sale implementation and provide hands-on training for customers to ensure the successful adoption and use of our solutions.
- Offer ongoing support to resolve technical issues and optimize the product’s performance for customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including endpoint security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, encryption, PAM, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Proof of Concept (PoC) and product evaluation processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and technical teams.
- Experience in CrowdStrike would be advantage.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, CCSP) are a plus.
