- Handle phone calls and answer questions about airline regulations, reservation/ticketing and the airline’s frequent flyer program.
- Create/modify bookings and issue/reissue tickets.
- Assist passengers and travel businesses in resolving problems related to reservation and ticketing issues.
- Male / Female, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Background in the Airline Business or relevant experience (at least 2 years) will be advantageous.
- Fluency in spoken and written English (TOEIC score of 550 or above).
- Knowledge of Chinese (HSK 4 or above) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Pleasant personality and appearance.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Able to start work from mid-October 2024.
