Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancer, and Network Security.
- Manage network devices such as Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points, and other networking equipment.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain network security, including access control, firewalls, and threat prevention mechanisms.
- Manage cloud network and data center infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or on-premises data centers.
- Monitor and optimize network performance using network monitoring tools and best practices.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve network infrastructure.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures for future reference.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Network Infrastructure or System Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with network devices such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik, etc.
- Experience in managing firewalls and security appliances such as FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Experience with Network Monitoring Tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios.
- Knowledge of Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, Fortinet NSE4 or equivalent are preferred.
