Sea Freight Export Customer Service Officer
OOCL Logistics (Thailand) Ltd.- Follow up on Purchase Orders (P/O)
- Handle bookings and schedule with carrier
- Prepare and update shipping schedules to Shipper and Consignee at destination
- Coordinate shipments and provide relevant information
- Create and file all necessary shipping documents
- Manage customer inquiries and Solve problem efficiently
- Prepare shipping documents and verify commercial documents prior to B/L release
- Prepare shipment folders for overseas customers and ensure proper filing of documents
- Create invoice for collection payment and follow up for overdue payment
- Issue Receipt upon receive payment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years Experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or import-export cargo is an advantage
- Recent graduates are welcomed to apply
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Computer literate with the ability to manage various software and systems
- Able to work under pressure with a strong work ethic. Hard working for overload responsibility.
