Logistics Customer Service Assistant Manager - (Laem Chabang Branch)

- Oversee booking, SI processing, and documentation for billing based on customer requirements.
- Manage trucking bookings and monitor service progress.

- Handle customer escalations and inquiries.

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in customer service or logistics, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Familiarity with Freight Forwarding operations.
- TMS trucking management system knowledge is advantage.
