System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implement and Maintenance to the customer with the best practice and quality of service.

• Provide Technical support, maintain and optimize operational efficiency of Server and Storage

• Experience in Implement System (Virtualization, VMware, Backup, Microsoft Solution, Cloud Services, Etc.) would be advantaged

• Organize and perform professional engineering work

• Work in system installation, configuration, maintenance and trouble shootings.

• Support Presale and Post Sale, problem solving and support customer.

• Generate Document/Report

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT
• At least 1- 3 years of experience
• Experience with Windows and Linux systems, Backups, Antivirus, patching and monitoring
• Experience in Implement System (Server System, Storage, Virtualization, OS, Backup and Microsoft Solution) is preferable.
• Knowledge in OS of Windows and Unix.
• Knowledge in SAN Storage, NAS Storage
• Knowledge in HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure)
• Design, configuration and perform troubleshooting for system hardware and system software
• Install new / rebuild existing system servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Self-motivated detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to organize and plan work independently
• Security knowledge of networks, authentication, web and database servers
• Good Interpersonal skill, communication skill and Presentation.
