หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

สนับสนุน วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบสารสนเทศต่างๆที่ให้บริการ
แก้ไขปัญหา ตอบคำถามทางเทคนิค บันทึกเคสปัญหาและติดตามปัญหา ให้กับผู้ใช้งานแปพลิเคชันต่างๆอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของแอปพลิเคชันอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อระบุปัญหาประสิทธิภาพหรือความขัดข้องที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมพัฒนาและProduct owner เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการระบบสารสนเทศ
สนับสนุนการทดสอบโปรแกรมระบบก่อนดำเนินการติดตั้งจริง รวมทั้งช่วยเตรียมแผนการติดตั้งและฝึกอบรมพร้อมจัดทำเอกสารคู่มือ
จัดเตรียมและปรับปรุงการข้อมูลบริการต่างๆ สำหรับการให้บริการลูกค้า อย่างสม่ำเสมอ

Requirements

อายุ : ไม่เกิน 40 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
ประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตำแหน่ง อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
ปริญญาตรีด้านวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการด้านสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาแอพพลิเคชั่นระบบสารสนเทศอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
สามารถวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหาและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับระบบ ขั้นตอนการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลและสามารถในการเขียนสคริปต์หรือใช้งาน query languages (SQL) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีทัศนคติที่เน้นการบริการลูกค้าสามารถสื่อสารให้ผู้ใช้งานรับรู้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับระบบงานที่ให้บริการได้เป็นอย่างดี
สามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี

ความสามารถเฉพาะทาง

มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสนับสนุน แก้ไขปัญหาแอปพลิเคชันระบบสารสนเทศระดับ Enterprise สำหรับองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ หรือ องค์กรภาครัฐ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบ Ticket Management และ CRM
