หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผน วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง การพัฒนาแพตลฟอร์มดิจิทัล
- รวบรวม ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และคาดการณ์ (anticipating) ความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ผู้ใช้งาน
- จัดทำคุณสมบัติ (specification) ของสิ่งที่ต้องได้รับการจัดพัฒนาในแพตลฟอร์มดิจิทัล
- ประสานงานเพื่อให้สามารถพัฒนา และให้บริการแพตลฟอร์มดิจิทัลได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- ติดตามผลการให้บริการ เพื่อปรับปรุงแพตลฟอร์มดิจิทัลให้ดีขึ้น หรือเพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะประกอบการทบทวนแผนกลยุทธผลิตภัณฑ์ วิเคราะห์ปัญหา
- ประสานงานกับศูนย์บริการลูกค้า ผู้พัฒนาระบบ และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นให้แก่ผู้ใช้บริการ
- ให้คำแนะนำ และถ่ายทอดความรู้เกี่ยวกับแพตลฟอร์มดิจิทัลให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายใน และภายนอกหน่วยงานตามความเหมาะสม
วุฒิการศึกษา
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ บริหารคอมพิวเตอร์ บริหารจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตำแหน่ง
- การทำงานด้านการบริการโครงการ อย่างน้อย 4 ปี
ความสามารถเฉพาะทาง
- ความรู้ ทักษะ ด้านระบบดิจิทัล
- ความรู้ในด้านการบริหารโครงการ (Project Management) และการบริหารผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Management)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแบบ Agile
