• Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives
• Building strong relationships with consumers is essential to develop brand loyalty and increase sales
• Collaborating with marketing, IT, operation teams to improve the customer experience
• Collecting and analyzing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements
• Planning, managing and negotiating multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary.
• Using CRM systems to manage consumer relationship
• Developing marketing campaigns to attract new users
• Monitoring competitor campaigns to inform and shape the future strategy and tactics.
• Exploring new ways to meet customers’ needs
