• มีความรู้ในขอบเขตงานโครงการ เพื่อรองรับการติดตั้ง แก้ไข ปรับปรุง เครื่อง IP-Telephone และปัญหาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเบื้องต้น เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
• มีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• มีใจรักงานบริการ
