Responsibilities

Develop and lead the overall SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search engine ranking.
Manage and mentor the SEO team, ensuring keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO efforts align with business goals.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into all content, website structures, and development initiatives.
Oversee and refine on-page and off-page SEO strategies in line with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
Conduct regular analysis of website analytics and SEO performance metrics (using tools like Google Analytics and Google Keyword Planner) to guide data-driven optimization.
Stay up-to-date with SEO industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms, proactively adjusting strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
Generate and present comprehensive SEO performance reports to stakeholders, including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Utilize and oversee SEO tools and technologies (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) to enhance efficiency and gain valuable insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing and implementing SEO strategies.
Extensive knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Expertise with SEO and web analytics tools, including Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience managing and developing an SEO team.
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus.
