Injection Molding Production Supervisor

1. Ensure that production plan tasks are completed as required, and monitor production progress according to the factory's annual and monthly production plans;

2. Ensure effective control of production costs, and be responsible for the decomposition, accounting, monitoring and assessment of internal cost indicators;

3. Ensure the stability and improvement of product quality, analyze and determine quality accidents and quality problems, organize quality rectification and corresponding corrective and preventive measures, and monitor the effectiveness of treatment;

4. Ensure production safety, organize and carry out daily management and maintenance of production equipment, spare parts, power facilities and public works;

5. Promote injection molding process technology support and process technology improvement work, and organize and carry out technical research and implementation of technical difficulties in the production process.
