- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
- Provide professional after-sales support to customer
- Prepares sales reports
- Explaining the internal process and preparing all the necessary document for customers.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experiences in Sales Representative
- knowledge of MS Office, Power point and Excel.
- Service mind and can-do attitude.
- Good command of English is a must, Japan and Korea speaking will be advantage.
