Depend on qualifications and experience
• Daily reconciliation between bank statements and collection reports.
• Issue sales invoices, tax invoices, and withholding tax certificates.
• Perform and follow up improvement activities.
• Prepare the foreign payment and liaison with the bank.
• Prepare the monthly sales report and submit it to the parent company.
• Responsible for the month-end closing.
• Prepare and review the output VAT report.
• Assist in the NetSuite implementation.
• Communicate and liaise with the outsource accounting company.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in Thai Accounting Standards, Accounting regulations, taxation, and VAT regulations.
• At least 2 years working with Big 4 company or with leading Fashion Retail companies.
• At least 1 year of experience with Senior Level Position
• Have a good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• The ability to multi-task, be willing, and able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously is an important attribute.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to manage the schedule and work in the assigned timeline.
• Good interpersonal skills & a team player.
• Can do mindset and able to do hard work.
• Positive thinking.
